But no.
And more "smart diplomacy" at work at the meeting of the Three Amigos (U.S., Canada, and Mexico). Apparently the two bi-lingual leaders came away a bit frosted with their uni-lingual American "partner". I know you're supposed to keep your friends close and your enemies closer (especially if you're into the gangsterism of the Chicago Way) but it helps to know the difference between the two.
